We work with businesses worldwide — from US and Indian startups to manufacturers and local service firms — helping them rank higher on Google, grow qualified organic traffic and turn search visibility into inquiries.
Search Console and Analytics stay in your account.
Reporting includes what failed
A plan you cannot correct is not worth much.
No bought links or thin pages
Nothing that needs reversing after a core update.
Real SEO results
A search presence built from zero in about four months
A ground-up SEO build that took a site from effectively zero search visibility to 13,200+ Google Search impressions and around 40–50 daily organic visitors in roughly four months.
All figures above are taken directly from Google Search Console for the property. No estimated, modeled or third-party traffic data is presented here, and no figure has been rounded upward.

Most SEO problems are one of a handful of situations
These come up again and again across very different businesses. If one of them describes yours, the cause is usually structural — which means it is fixable.
Patients search "dentist near me" and pick from three listings. If yours is not one of them, the website below barely matters — and the usual cause is a single wrong field on the profile.
Usually: wrong primary category, no services listed, no review routine.
The listings work, but each inquiry is shared with three competitors and priced against them — and the moment you stop paying, the inquiries stop the same day.
Usually: twelve product lines sharing one page, so nothing can match a search.
Twenty-four project photographs contain roughly thirty words of text. Search engines cannot read images, so there is nothing on the page to match what a homeowner is actually typing.
Usually: no written project detail, no service pages, no answer on cost.

SEO services
Everything needed to grow organic search — in the right order
Diagnosis before execution, technical health before content, and commercial intent before traffic volume. Each service below has a dedicated page explaining exactly what it covers.
Research & diagnosis
Understanding where you stand before anything is changed — what is broken, what is winnable and where competitors are ahead.
A six-step SEO process, in the order that actually works
Nothing here is a black box. You see what is being done, why it is sequenced that way, and what evidence tells us it is working.
01
Website audit
Understand the website, its technical problems and current search visibility.
Everything starts with what is actually there. A full crawl, reconciled against Search Console, tells us what Google has indexed, what it has rejected and why — and that determines what is even possible before anything is built.
Indexation and crawlability check
Technical health and Core Web Vitals
Existing rankings and query coverage
Content quality and cannibalization review
02
Competitor & keyword research
Discover what customers search and where competitors are winning.
Your SEO competitors are frequently not your business competitors. We identify who actually occupies your commercial searches, what pages they use, and which of their positions are genuinely contestable at your current authority.
Commercial and local keyword discovery
Search intent classification
Competitor page-level teardown
Keyword and content gap analysis
03
SEO strategy
Build a prioritized SEO roadmap.
A roadmap is an argument about sequence — what unlocks what. Each opportunity is scored on business value, difficulty and effort, then ordered so early work builds momentum rather than waiting on a distant payoff.
One primary intent mapped per URL
Quarter-by-quarter sequencing
Quick wins separated from long plays
Measurement plan agreed up front
04
Technical & on-page optimization
Fix technical issues and improve the pages that matter.
Constraints first, then relevance. Indexation, speed and rendering problems are resolved before content effort goes anywhere, because a page Google cannot crawl or index cannot rank however well it is written.
Crawl, index and redirect fixes
Core Web Vitals and mobile performance
Titles, structure and intent match
Internal linking into commercial pages
05
Content & authority growth
Build useful search-focused content and topical authority.
Depth compounds and breadth scatters. Content is planned as clusters around topics that map to what you sell, with existing pages improved before new ones are added — usually the faster route to growth.
Topic clusters and pillar pages
Existing content updated and consolidated
Writer-ready briefs, not vague topics
Internal links that route authority to conversion pages
06
Monitor & improve
Track Search Console, rankings, traffic and conversions continuously.
Reporting shows what worked and what did not. Impressions and query coverage move before clicks do, so those are watched first — and the plan is corrected on evidence rather than defended to the end of a contract.
Search Console query and page tracking
Call, WhatsApp and form conversion tracking
Monthly review of movement and direction
Roadmap adjusted on what the data shows
Industry SEO
SEO built around how your customers actually search
Search behavior differs enormously between a dental clinic, a manufacturer and a SaaS product. Each of these pages covers the search patterns, challenges and strategy specific to that sector.
Local SEO, for businesses whose customers are nearby
When customers search “near me” and choose within a few miles, local SEO decides the sale. We work locally anywhere — and know the Mumbai metropolitan market in unusual depth, which is why these pages go well beyond a swapped city name.
No ranking guarantees, no rented tactics and no reporting that hides what did not work. The commitment is to the process and to telling you what the data actually shows.
Data-driven, not opinion-driven
Decisions come from Search Console, live results and your own conversion data — not from a template applied to every client.
No fake ranking guarantees
Nobody can guarantee a Google position. What is committed to is the work, the reasoning behind it and honest reporting on what it produces.
Transparent reporting
You keep ownership of your Search Console and Analytics. Reporting shows impressions, query coverage and position — including the parts that did not work.
Technical and content together
Most SEO fails at the seam between the two. Indexation and speed problems are fixed before content effort is spent on pages that cannot rank.
Qualified traffic over vanity traffic
Keyword targets are chosen on buying intent and business value, not on the biggest number in a keyword tool.
Local and international, under one roof
Map pack work when your customers are a few miles away, and category-level SEO when they are on another continent. Most consultancies only do one of the two.
Business-focused strategy
Priorities start from what you sell and what a lead is worth, so SEO effort lands on the pages that actually carry revenue.
Built for long-term organic growth
No bought links, no thin mass-produced pages, no tactics that need to be reversed after the next core update.
Common questions
SEO questions we get asked most
Straight answers, including the ones that are less convenient to give.
Google Business Profile improvements can move map pack visibility in three to six weeks. Website rankings for local and long-tail searches typically take three to five months, and competitive terms six to twelve. If impressions and query coverage in Search Console have not moved by month three, something is wrong with the work rather than the timeline.
Can SEO guarantee #1 rankings on Google?
No. Nobody can guarantee a Google position — rankings depend on competitor behavior and algorithm changes that no agency controls. Any guarantee of a specific position is either misinformed or misleading. What can be committed to is the work, the reasoning behind it and transparent reporting on what it produces.
What is Local SEO?
Local SEO is the work of appearing when someone nearby searches for what you do — in the Google map pack, in "near me" results and on locality-level searches. It combines Google Business Profile optimization, location-relevant website content, citation consistency and reviews. For most local businesses it produces more direct contact than the website does.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. The consultancy is remote-first and set up to work anywhere — the United States and India are the main focus, but the delivery model is identical wherever you are. Audits, briefs, specifications and reporting are written documents; calls are scheduled around your timezone rather than ours.
How do you handle different timezones?
Working hours are Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30), which overlaps naturally with the UK, Europe, the UAE and Australia. For clients in the US and Canada, calls are scheduled early morning or evening IST by arrangement. The day-to-day work does not depend on overlapping hours — reporting, briefs and specifications are written to be read rather than presented.
Do you still do local SEO?
Yes, and it is a large part of the work. If your customers search "near me" and choose within a few miles, local SEO and Google Business Profile matter far more than anything else. We know the Mumbai metropolitan market in unusual depth — see the local markets we cover — and apply the same method anywhere else.
Can you optimize an existing website?
Almost always, and it is usually the better option. An existing site with impressions has already proven Google finds it relevant, which makes improving it faster and cheaper than earning those positions again from a new build.
Do I need to redesign my website for SEO?
Usually not. Most SEO problems are structural and technical rather than visual — indexation, page structure, thin content, internal linking. A redesign is only worth it when the current site genuinely cannot be fixed, and if one is planned anyway, migration SEO should be part of it from the start.
What information do you need to start SEO?
Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, your website, and a conversation about what you sell, what a good lead looks like and which services carry the most margin. Without Search Console the work is materially weaker, because it is the only place Google reports directly on your pages.
How do you measure SEO success?
By inquiries first — calls, WhatsApp messages and form submissions from organic search. Leading indicators are tracked alongside: impressions, query coverage, average position for target terms and indexation health, because those move before traffic does.
Can SEO help generate leads for my business?
That is the point of it. Targeting is weighted toward commercial, transactional and local searches — people looking for a provider now — rather than informational terms that produce traffic without inquiries. Conversion paths on those pages are treated as part of the SEO work, not a separate project.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Small local businesses often see faster results than large ones, because locality-level searches are less contested and the fixes are quicker to implement. Scope is agreed around what will actually move the business rather than a fixed package.
Do you provide Google Business Profile optimization?
Yes, and for most local businesses it is where the work starts. Category selection, service listing, photos, posts, Q&A and a review process your team can actually run. See Google Business Profile SEO.
